We make it easy to order from our web site, browse our online store and add any item to your basket. When you've finished browsing, click on the checkout buttom to complete your details so we can process your order.

1.When you place an order via our web site you will receive an email confirmation which will be deemed as a contractual offer, once the order has been dispatched and you receive a dispatch email this will be deemed as a contractual acceptance and your contract with us will commence. When an order is cancelled before dispatch any monies charged will be returned to you in full.

2. If you have selected shipping outside U.S.A, or large amounts of items are ordered and cannot be shipped in one box, than additional shipping costs may apply, in which case we will contact you before processing your order. Your order is NOT confirmed or processed until you have been notified and are satisfied with these additional costs. You may still cancel your order at this stage.

If you have any discrepancies with your goods once delivered you must notify us within 7 days by email : support@GOLFTOPSPIN.com (we will email you back confirmation within 2 working days, if you have not received this confirmation within that time frame, please contact us)

You may cancel your order by contacting us with your order number at no extra charge, however if the item has already been shipped, we will be unable to refund any of the shipping costs involved. This applies to US teritory only - Other charges apply for outside this area.

In the event that you are not satisfied with any product purchased online from GOLF TOP SPIN you may return it unused in the original packaging with labels still attached and in the original condition for an exchange/credit or refund under our return policy terms and condition.
